Soundhole/Rosette Routing Jig

This machined aluminum/brass jig lets you easily cut circular purfling and rosette channels, or a soundhole in a new guitar top. It attaches to our Precision Router Base, for use with your rotary tool. We've redesigned this tool for improved stability and more precise adjustment, and added a handy indexing scale for quickly setting the routing diameter.

The jig can be precisely adjusted for 3" to 6"-diameter cuts, and includes a centerpin to mount through the soundboard and into a supporting workboard. Simply rotate the jig around the pin. The router base adjusts the cutting depth precisely
