Stewmac sturdy base turns your Dremel into a compact plunge router—perfect for inlays, routing saddle slots, cleaning fret slots and more. The advanced design gives an unobstructed view of the cutting action.
It's very simple to set the precision depth adjustment, then plunge and raise the bit exactly that amount. Each turn of the knurled micro depth stop gives approximately 1/32" of adjustment, to a maximum depth of one inch.
Sturdy, compact, and adjustable
You can plunge-rout an inlay cavity that's precisely compensated for the thickness of the pearl and glue, for minimum sanding later.
The ball grips give you excellent control for freehand routing and easy operation of the plunge feature. The built in LED light bar gives you a fully lighted view of your work. There's even a built-in nozzle for attaching a Mini Air Pump to continuously blow away the dust—you'll rout inlay cavities more precisely, for a better fit requiring less filler.
Installation is easy
Simply unscrew the threaded plastic collar on the nose of the Dremel, and screw on the base.
