As a jewellery designer, I am always looking for tools that will help me improve my work and save me time. This Stylus is THE tool.
I do a lot of etching on copper, brass and nickel silver. Using the sanding bands #408 and #432 then following up with split mandrels in finer sandpaper in the Stylus saves me 50% of the time it used to take to sand by hand, and gives a way better finish.
It cleans sterling silver using the polishing wheel and rouge, again in half the time it used to take by hand. It slows down enough to drill a very fine hole, about .4mm to insert a blade for pierce work. I've run the Stylus for 30 minutes without it running out of power.
This is the MUST have tool for any jewellery designer and for the handyman because of its versatility. It just sits at your fingertips on your desk without taking up much room either.
