DELIVERY TIME: 
All products ordered that are currently stock will be despatched same day if ordered befor 1pm, or next dayfor after 1pm.
Allow between 1-8 working days for delivery* (depending on destination address) from you order being despatched.
All products that need to be ordered in from supplier will take between 4-8 days to arrive in our store. (we will let you know in this case)
We can delivery direct to a relative or friend ( eg. present ), as long as buyers information has been approved by Web Server Security processing.

RETURNS: 
All returns are subject to a restocking FEE,

Dremel returns subject to a 10% restocking Fee.
